By using any service provided by Velora Caribbean Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Velora Caribbean Logistics provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:
International shipping services
Air freight and sea freight
Package handling and logistics support
Zipmail delivery services
Customer pickup and drop-off services
Third-party courier delivery where applicable
Velora Caribbean Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Velora Caribbean Logistics ships approximately 4 times per week. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping rates start from JMD $750 per pound. Prices may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, customs charges, or special handling requirements.
Customers may receive JMD $50 per referral once the referred customer successfully ships with Velora Caribbean Logistics. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards at any time.

Downtown Kingston
Half-Way Tree
Additional delivery services may be facilitated through third-party couriers at the customer’s expense.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Velora Caribbean Logistics assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Velora Caribbean Logistics is not responsible for:
Vendor errors
Incorrect customer information
Packages lost before reaching our warehouse
Delays caused by customs or third parties
Damages caused during international transit
Velora Caribbean Logistics is not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging by vendors or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped at the owner’s risk.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items comply with local and international laws.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or substances
Firearms or weapons
Explosives or hazardous materials
Counterfeit goods
Pornographic materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and government fees where applicable.
Velora Caribbean Logistics assumes no responsibility for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.
All payments must be settled in full before packages are released or processed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Bank transfer
Online payment options
Payments are non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of package receipt or notification.
Supporting documents and photographs may be required for investigation.
WhatsApp messages do not automatically constitute official claims unless acknowledged by management.
Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.
Packages left uncollected after 30 days may be disposed of or auctioned to recover storage and administrative costs.
